Journey to Jah

The ambitious documentary by Noël Dernesch and Moritz Springer aims to capture the global phenomenon of “crossing borders” and document the experience of integrating into a foreign culture. Over the course of a year, the film follows two internationally acclaimed European musicians, Gentleman and Alborosie, who have found a new spiritual home in the Caribbean culture of Jamaica, and features Jamaican singer Terry Lynn, who takes the opposite musical approach to European styles.
