We started in 2006, when the Zurich-based film production company was founded as PiXiU Films GmbH. In 2017, it changed to HOOK Film & Kulturproduktion GmbH.

Our core business is developing and producing content for all known and yet unknown channels, from theaters to TV, to VoD and further into the future. In doing so, we do not stop at unusual Custom-made Productions and Corporate Films.

We really like to keep the strings in our hands. We manage and take care of the entire production chain: from the idea until the distribution. Our well-established team is supported by a mature network of external collaborators in all departments. This allows us to optimally bundle well-founded knowledge and highly professional handcraftship in order to create great things.
